Payment Policy
Payment is due on device pick up. Payment is for services rendered therefore there are no refunds.
Repairs
Repair work is $85 per hour plus parts.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis Fee is $85. If I end up doing the repair, the diagnosis fee will be deducted from the repair fee.
Device unlock
The fee for a device unlock is $20 per hour (lower cost per hour because it requires phone calls). Whether it's unlocking a device from a network, removing an activation lock when you can't remember the pass-code. For activation lock especially with Apple devices, without either a proof of purchase with the serial number on it or the Apple ID for the device, the device cannot be unlocked. Do not buy a device from someone who cannot give you either the proof of purchase with the serial number or the Apple ID. If you do purchase a device without one or the other, you have bought an expensive coaster.
